Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at souvenirboxug@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made gift boxes
  • Hampers and gift sets that have been opened
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods included in gift sets

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at souvenirboxug@gmail.com

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
